Who should be present at the inspection?
Being present on site, will provide you first hand information on problems;and being present allows you to see the quality of our inspection process.
This will also give you the opportunity to ask questions regarding areas of concern to you.
When is the best time to have the house inspected?
At the time of your “Offer to Purchase” is made, request a clause be added that states the offer is conditional upon a positive inspection report.

Inspections must be done during daylight hours. We schedule inspections from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Seven days a week.
Sunday inspections are performed only upon request.
Who will perform the inspection?
I will perform the inspection. I do not employ any outside inspectors.
General pricing of inspections
$225 - 1200 sq. ft. or less
$300 - 1201 to 2000 sq. ft.
$325 - 2001 to 2500 sq. ft.
$375 - 2501 to 3000 sq. ft.
$425 - 3500 to 4500 sq. ft.
There may extra charges for special areas outside the normal range of the inspection such as well, docks etc.
